How will I track my order? Will the delivery guy call me?

Can I open the parcel and check the watch before paying the delivery person? (Open Box Delivery)

We use trusted third-party courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ecom Express to deliver your watches safely. Because of their strict company policies, the delivery boys are not allowed to let anyone open a sealed package before the payment is collected. But don't worry at all! Just take an unboxing video when you open it yourself. If there’s any issue, our WhatsApp support team will resolve it for you immediately.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, absolutely! We offer Cash on Delivery across almost all pin codes in India. (Optional: To confirm a COD order and avoid fake bookings, we only charge a small token advance of ₹99 upfront. You can pay the remaining amount in cash directly to the delivery person when your watch arrives!)

While major metro cities receive deliveries quickly within 6–7 working days, distant towns, rural pin codes, or Tier-3 locations require extra transit time through local courier sorting centers.
