• "Product" refers to the premium watches, master copies, and original boxes offered on our storefront.

2. Product Nature & Manufacturing Transparency

• High-Tier Master Copies: By purchasing from SuShive, you explicitly acknowledge and understand that our products are premium branded watch master copies and exact replica timepieces. They are manufactured to mirror original designs in weight, engineering, and visual aesthetics.
• Direct Sourcing: Our competitive pricing is made possible because we source our timepieces directly from manufacturing channels in China, removing traditional brand-name markups and celebrity marketing costs.

3. Account Security & Purchases

• When you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or unauthorized bulk commercial exploitation.

4. Payment processing & Financial Integrity

• All electronic payments on our storefront are securely handled and captured through our authorized third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.
• SuShive does not directly store or access your credit card numbers, debit card configurations, or UPI pin details.

5. Shipping, Cancellations, & Delivery Compliance

• Address Verification: It is the client’s responsibility to check and verify the delivery address before finalized checkout. Order address modifications must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of order placement.
• Logistics Failures: While we partner with top-tier courier networks (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Amazon Shipping, Shadowfax, and Smartr Shipping), we are not legally liable for delivery failures arising from inaccurate address inputs provided by the client.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Wallet Compliance

• 5-Day Rule: All eligible returns and exchanges must be formally claimed within 5 days of delivery.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: Processing any damage, defect, or incorrect delivery claim requires a continuous unboxing video taken without any cuts, edits, or pauses. Claims submitted without video verification will be automatically disqualified.
• Store Wallet Refunds: You explicitly agree that all approved financial refunds are issued exclusively as Store Wallet Credits for future use on sushive.in, and cannot be refunded back to your original source bank account or UPI ID.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SuShive owns the intellectual property rights for all storefront layout graphics, custom promotional text, photography assets, and media components uploaded to sushive.in. You may access our site for personal use only, and you must not republish, sell, duplicate, or copy raw material from our digital storefront without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuShive shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the wear, handling, misuse, or physical damage of our watches after successful delivery. Our maximum liability to you for any product defect claim shall not exceed the exact purchase price paid for that specific product item.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this website or purchases made on sushive.in shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in your home operating region.
